Inspired by the Flowers

Price range: $30.00 through $99.95

The hummingbirds call the Desert SW one of their winter homes. These ruby throated hummingbirds are enjoying sipping nectar from the blooms of a Prickly Pear cactus. The image in the middle is inspired by a Navaho basket design based on the petals of this cactus. The prickly pear cactus has some interesting meanings…

  • Represents resilience and adaptability in harsh environments.
  • Symbolizes nourishment and sustenance, as its fruit is edible.
  • Associated with protection due to its thorny exterior.
  • Reflects the importance of inner strength and perseverance.
