Herons have a special meaning in myth. They are divine creatures that live in 3 worlds…the land, water and sky. In my dreams I often meet them and the swans, who also share this unique trait with their angelic guardians. Feet in the water for intuition, nests on the land for grounding and long journey in the shy where they touch the mind of God.
