A wolf runs under a full moon and is watched over by his spirit ancestors and a dreamcatcher. The moon is often called the grandmother by Native Americans and represents wisdom from the elders. The dream catcher is a traditional gift within many Native American tribes. It is usually made for a child by their grandmother or relative for a child’s protection. Each of the strands woven with love and prayers then adorned with special beads and feathers. The dreamcatcher is placed over a child’s bed as a talisman to filter out negativity and create blessings for only good dreams and good outcomes.
