Faces Of Your Little Brother

A wolf looks out from the forest, his eyes blazing. Beside him are two chickadees perched in front of a wolf totem pole. Natives of the Northwest were excellent carvers. They would carefully craft these poles out of cedar to create guardians for their lodges and also to stand alone looking out as Watchers towards the sea for protection.

The wolf is an excellent totem.  Wolves are called the path finders. They symbolizes guidance, loyalty, family bods, and fearlessness, embodying a deep connection to intuition and instincts. They live in tight-knit packs and characterize the value of community and teamwork. At the same time, their lone nature when hunting showcases a strong sense of independence and inner strength. They are excellent survivors. Wolves encourage us to reflect on our relationships, inner knowing, courage, and leadership.

Each of these original art prints are hand-made using a unique blend of inks in our home studio in Bellingham, WA. Inspired by coastal living and the beauty of nature. Prints are created on Epson 6000 Watercolor Texture Paper with Permanent UV Resistant Epson Inks.
