Wizard…Children’s Book Written and Illustrated by Jody Bergsma

“Wizard” is a tale about a child that finds a cloak in the forest. Finding it beautiful he picks it up and claims it for himself and wears it into the neighboring village. Upon arrival the residents bow in respect for the wearer of a wizard’s cloak. The child is in too deep to confess and what he learns about life and who really are the wizards changes his life.

Wizard won the award for “Best Illustration” and bears a gold medal from the Ben Franklin Association for children’s  literature.
